²⁰ Someone ·said [reported] to Jesus, “Your mother and your ·brothers [or brothers and sisters; ^Cthe Greek word can mean “siblings”] are standing outside, wanting to see you.”

²¹ Jesus answered them, “My mother and my ·brothers [or brothers and sisters] are those who listen to God’s ·teaching [word] and ·obey [do; practice] it!”
